February was packed with field trips at the British-Georgian Academy – our students explored the city of Geneva and visited the CERN nuclear research center.
As part of the CERN tour, we met with Irakli Minashvili, the head of one of the largest experiments underway at CERN, Atlas, who told us about the ongoing experiments. We also toured the halls filled with interactive, hands-on experiments.
While in Geneva, we visited the Red Cross and Natural Science Museums.
